Discovered a leak from our hot water heater. In an effort to fix it ourselves we made matters worse. We didn't know who to call so took a chance on Only Plumbing. They were great, were able to come out the same day, and Steven was super helpful and explained everything!

He was extremely professional, but also friendly and explained everything to my satisfaction. Had a leak in the main water line in the yard. The County came out said it was on the customer (my) side of the meter so it was my responsibility. I called a few other places and no one come out an take a look at it on the same day (was a Friday morning and I wanted to avoid after hours or weekend cost if possible) but then tried Only Plumbing. Not only was the lady that I talked with on the phone very professional and courteous she was able get us a tech that could be out to the house within a few hours. The tech that came to the house, was earlier then scheduled (which included a courtesy call to let us
know he was on his way) and was able to give me a quote on the spot and started working right away. Scottie did a great job getting the fix in place and then when he turned the water on, found a second leak closer to the meter. He was able to fix that as well, and in short order no less, and the price quoted never changed. The service was great, he explain what he did and why and we could not be happier. We will definitely be recommending Only Plumbing and you have won our business in the future. Thanks again.
